NEW! Happy Hour Evening and Saturday Membership
If you work during the day, we’ve got a great membership special at the Fitness Salon! Our Evening and Saturday Membership offers you the full use of the facility from 5 pm to 7 pm every weekday evening, plus Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. Only $10 per month for members or $15 per month for non-members. Come in and sign up, or call 941- 625-4175, ext. 263 for more information.

• Personal evaluation and physical assessment to find out your special needs.
• Prepare and develop a personalized exercise program.
